[theme-reviewers] Page listed on Commercially Supported GPL Themes don't offer GPL Themes!

One is compelled to ask: if a developer does not want their Themes to be
redistributed, why on earth would that developer release his Themes under a
license that explicitly grants the right to redistribute?
