[bbDev] Remove Login from page bottom

I have been digging through the files and I cannot find where to remove
the login from the bottom of the pages.  I think it is being called by
this <?php forum_pages(); ?> but I am hesitant about removiing that
becuase I think it also does other things.

The reason for this, is having the login page in its current form
generates a css error (when trying to validate my css) because there are
two ID's that are called, once at the top and then again at the bottom.  I
have tried to change the login form and add it to my-templates, but for
some reason the login for in bb-templates always loads.

Anythoughts?
