[bbDev] Difficulty Adding Topics & First Posts

Thanks so much! That did the trick. It was a faulty forum.php file. I don't
believe I edited it, so it must have been a problem with the build.

When I browse to /forum.php?id=1 on my install, I am presented with a "New
Topic in this Forum" section where I can create topics.

However, your http://northcountryguide.com/tourism/carptalk/forum.php?id=1
does not have this, even when I logged in.

It looks like some part of your archive was changed.  Check your
post-form.php (you can check it against
http://bbpress.automattic.com/file/trunk/bb-templates/post-form.php ).  Did
you modify that file?
