[bbDev] Difficulty Adding Topics & First Posts

Ok. I dropped the database tables and re-ran the install. No changes from
the previous email and the install ran flawlessly. Still cannot find where
to add new topics or posts. I'm using April 26 build. Is that why?

Did youopy bb-config-sample.php to bb-config.php and fill in the necessary
details?

Did you load
http://northcountryguide.com/tourism/carptalk/bb-admin/install.php
and do what it told you?  Did you receive any errors?
