[bbDev] Installation and WP Integration

I have been reading a bit on bbPress as of late, and have it installed
at http://pharmit.us/bb.

I have a few questions.

1.  How do I integrate it into my current website (Wordpress blog)?  

2.  I am having some general URL issues in the Admin panel.  Most of
the links appear to go to go to http://pharmit.us/bb-admin/etc....

They should be going to http://pharmit.us/bb/bb-admin/etc.....

3.  There also appears to be no "layout" or default template.  My main
forum site just shows the text and links.
