 Currently, forum_description outputs a hyphen in front of the forum
 description.

 forum_description should output *only* the forum description. Not all
 templates need/want a preceding hyphen for the description.

 For those that do, the hyphen is easy enough to include, using &#8212;
 before forum_description. However, for those that do not, no easy way
 currently exists to remove the hyphen.
