 The capable web clients are out there now. WAI-ARIA is being supported by
 Firefox 3, IE 8, Opera and the new Safari 4 betas. Screen readers such as
 [http://www.nvda-project.org NVDA] and [http://live.gnome.org/Orca Orca]
 are supporting it, including these landmarks, now.

 I request to reconsider for 1.0.
