 For the next (minor) version I will need to run an upgrade on each blog.
 The db_version will have to be incremented so it's fired off.
 Unfortunately it'll have to go through each blog's options table and run
 stripslashes() on each one.
 That upgrade will be quite heavy so I need to adjust the upgrade process
 so it only runs once every X requests, where X depends on the number of
 blogs on the system. There's always the "Upgrade Site" page too for the
 site admin to run things manually.
