 Following up on #835.

 Maybe a note within the readme file stating that the nonexistent wp-
 config.php should not be edited before installing may also be a good idea.

 Or heck, let's just get rid of wp-config-sample.php all together but with
 adding in a note to the readme file that a wp-config.php file is created
 during the install.
