 I have been trying again to install this. Out of three attempts, one
 worked!

 I have a suspicion. Only a suspicion. I do not know the wordpress code but
 somebody who does should investigate this:

 Possibly an issue with the secret key that is autogenerated and entered
 into the database.

 I fixed a non-working/looping install by changing an & character to a
 normal letter. Why? Because I suspected that it may be being interpreted
 as a POST name/value separator somewhere. I know GET works like this
 (domain.com/books.php?title=fishing&author=hartly) but I don't know about
 posts?

 Anyway. the change fixed it. perhaps a small code change could prevent &
 characters being produced.

 This is not fully tested. Just a suspicion.
