 I haven't verified this by looking at the code (I'm on the locked down
 terminal this morning) but I've just added some links to my blog and
 assigned them to catgeories, but when I review the category list
 currently, the counts have remained the same.

 What I would like to see is if a change occurs, then the cache should
 either be cancelled or updated to show the new totals.

 Calling this a task since it's really not a defect or an enhancement.
