Comment:

 The tests certainly could use even more clear organization, likely to
 follow up and coincide with the changes to core Trac components, but I
 think the original intention of this ticket was mostly handled, and I'd
 encourage anyone interested to create a new core Trac ticket to follow
 this up along with a more detailed description of what can/should be moved
 to where.
