 As per http://unit-
 tests.svn.wordpress.org/trunk/tests/xmlrpc/wp/getOptions.php
 this should return 403 as detected by Travis.

 Fixed via change indicated:
 https://github.com/kurtpayne/wordpress-unit-tests/pull/3/files

 Not sure how to submit fix in here. Too used to Github fork n Pulling.
