 Once the port to the new test runner is complete it would be nice to
 remove the "wp-test" prefix from the directory names. This is beneficial
 as it provides nicer tab completion and generally less typing.

 wp-testlib -> lib
 wp-testcase -> tests
 wp-testdata -> data

 "wp-testbin" was already renamed to "bin" in [774] and [775].
