 As part of ticket [http://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/15327 #15327] on
 core trac, the ajax functions have now been broken up into functions.
 Here's the first submission for ajax unit tests.

 Patch
 [http://core.trac.wordpress.org/attachment/ticket/15327/ajax_die.2.patch
 ajax_die.2.patch] on !#15327 is necessary to make these tests run.

 Right now this simply tests deleting a comment as an administrator (pass)
 and as a subscriber (fail).  I wanted to get feedback early, though,
 before proceeding further.
