 - PHP: 8.2.29
 - Server: nginx/1.29.4
 - Database: mysqli (Server: 8.4.7 / Client: mysqlnd 8.2.29)
 - Browser: Chrome 144.0.0.0
 - OS: macOS
 - Theme: Twenty Twenty-One 2.7
 - MU Plugins: None activated
 - Plugins:
   * #48902 1.0.0
   * Test Reports 1.2.1

 === Steps taken
 1. Download bug reproduction plugin from
 https://core.trac.wordpress.org/attachment/ticket/48902/bug.zip
 2. Install and activate the bug plugin
 3. Activate a classic theme
 4. View Appearance > Customize > Bug Section
 5. Navigate between dropdown items
 6. Bug selection successfully opens the code editor for custom CSS
 7. ❌ Bug is not occurring

 === Expected behavior
 - As per the ticket, I was expecting to see the code editor to break when
 the Bug option is selected.

 === Additional Notes
 - The only issue seems to be the line numbers overlapping code.
