Comment:

 Tested the latest patch (32678.5.diff) against current trunk (7.0-alpha).
 The patch no longer applies cleanly — multiple hunks fail across admin-
 bar, menu, and CSS files.

 Since it can’t be applied, proper testing isn’t possible at this stage.
 Removing the `needs-testing` keyword and and i see already have `needs-
 refresh` so the patch can be updated first.
