Comment:

 I see that `changes-requested` has already been added on this ticket.

 Since changes have been requested and the patch/PR needs to be refreshed
 before it can be properly evaluated, testing the current patch would not
 be meaningful at this stage.

 Also noting that the last PR update was approximately 3–4 years ago, so it
 is very likely the patch is outdated compared to current `trunk`.

 Because of this, I have removed the `needs-testing` keyword. Once the
 requested changes are addressed and the patch is refreshed, testing can be
 performed again.
