 === Environment
 - WordPress: 6.9
 - PHP: 8.4.17
 - Server: PHP.wasm
 - Database: WP_SQLite_Driver (Server: 8.0.38 / Client: 3.51.0)
 - Browser: Chrome 144.0.0.0
 - OS: Windows 10/11
 - Theme: Twenty Twenty-Five 1.4
 - MU Plugins: None activated
 - Plugins:
   * Test Reports 1.2.1

 === Steps taken
 1. Head over to **Posts > Add Post**, click the **Set featured image**
 button.
 2. Upload/drop an image in the media modal.
 3. Publish the post.
 4. Go to **Media > Library**, change the viewing mode to list.
 5. Look for the image you just uploaded and look under **Uploaded to**
 column.
 6. ❌ Bug is not occurring

 === Expected behavior
 - The featured image should be attached to the post we set it in.
