1. Set up a fresh WordPress installation.
2. Created a new block template via **Appearance → Editor → Templates**.
3. Navigated to **Tools → Export**.
4. Selected **Choose what to export → All content**.
5. Generated and downloaded the XML export file.
6. Opened the XML file and searched for the created block template.
x. ❌ Bug is not occurring
