 4 years ago they claimed they had support for cache-control stale-while-
 revalidate, then didn't and still don't. But their docs:

 https://developers.cloudflare.com/cache/concepts/revalidation/
 make it seem like they do in fact support it...

 And this isn't a Cloudflare specific thing I guess, but similar with other
 vendors
