 - Database: WP_SQLite_Driver (Server: 8.0.38 / Client: 3.51.0)
 - Browser: Chrome 144.0.0.0
 - OS: Linux
 - Theme: Astra 4.12.0
 - MU Plugins: None activated
 - Plugins:
   * Test Reports 1.2.1

 === Actual Results
 1.   ❌ Error condition doesn't occur (not reproducible).
 2. Duotone is applied correctly to images both in posts and pages while in
 editor and frontend.

 === Additional Notes
 - I believe the cause of this issue might be a plugin conflict or an issue
 with the theme itself.
