 Tested on WordPress 6.9 with PHP 8.2.27.
 The behavior works as expected when using the Gutenberg editor.
 When using the Classic Editor, pressing Ctrl + S only saves the post as a
 draft and does not save/update the post or page.
 This difference in behavior appears specific to the Classic Editor.
