 2. Add 10 regular posts
 3. Activate Twenty Twenty-Five theme
 4. Appearance > Editor > Templates > Blog Home
 5. Choose Design: News blog home (or any other design that has multiple
 query loops)

 === Actual Results
 1.  ✅ Issue resolved with patch.
 2. Sticky posts are not duplicated.
