 Good catch. That was part of [59823], and the
 [https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/wp_should_load_separate_core_block_assets
 /#see-also Developer Resources page] creates an extra link from it right
 now.

 Would you like to make the patch in `script-loader.php`, or should I mark
 this as a good first bug?
