Comment:

 I’ve added a default input_schema to both core/get-user-info and core/get-
 environment-info.

 These abilities were failing validation with ability_missing_input_schema
 because no schema was defined.
 The added schema allows empty input and prevents unexpected parameters,
 matching the behavior of other core abilities.

 Patch attached for review.
