 Scripts: Remove default attributes from tags.

 `SCRIPT`, `STYLE`, and stylesheet `LINK` tags do not require a type
 attribute since the HTML5 standard was released in 2008. Removing the type
 attribute simplifies logic and normalizes the produced HTML content.
