 This [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/attachment/ticket/47527/47527.diff
 patch] doesn't apply cleanly against the current trunk
 (7.0-alpha-61215-src) it needs a refresh. Removing `needs-testing` as
 testing isn't needed until the patch is refreshed.
