 1. Applied PR patch to local trunk install.
 2. Opened Customizer → Themes Change.
 3. Tested with only 1 installed theme.
 4. Tested with multiple themes installed.
 5. Observed theme count text while switching and filtering.
 6. ✅ Patch is solving the problem

 * Correct singular/plural handling:
  - 1 theme
  - 2 themes
  - 15 themes
 * No duplicated strings
 * Count updates dynamically
