Comment:

 I attempted to apply the latest patch against current trunk
 (7.0-alpha-61215-src), but it does not apply cleanly.

 The following files had conflicts:
 - src/wp-includes/default-filters.php (.rej created)
 - src/wp-includes/taxonomy.php (.rej created)

 Because the patch cannot be applied, testing the patch itself is not
 possible.

 However, I can still reproduce the original issue on trunk, so the bug
 appears to still exist.

 Removing `needs-testing` since the current patch cannot be tested, and
 adding `needs-refresh`.
