2. If you want changed one category as the default via Settings → Writing.
3. Applied the PR patch.
4. Visited Posts → Categories.
5. Observed that the selected default category is clearly displayed with a
"Default" label.
6. ✅ Patch is solving the problem.

- Default category should be clearly visible in the Categories list.
- Default category should be easy to identify without guessing why Delete
is missing.
- "Default" label is clearly.
