Comment:

 I attempted to apply the latest patch (15001.diff) against current trunk
 (7.0-alpha), but it does not apply cleanly.

 Patch results:
 - wp-includes/user.php → 4 hunks failed (.rej created)
 - wp-login.php → 1 hunk failed (.rej created)

 Since the patch does not apply, testing is not currently possible. Because
 of this, keeping `needs-testing` is not meaningful until the patch is
 refreshed.
