Comment:

 I attempted to apply the latest patch (44263.4.patch) against current
 trunk (7.0-alpha), but the patch task could not find or apply any usable
 changes.

 It appears the patch is very old and no longer applies to the current
 codebase, so testing is not possible at this time.

 Because the patch cannot be applied, keeping `needs-testing` is not
 actionable. A refresh is required first.

 Also noting that this ticket has not seen updates in several years. Before
 refreshing the patch, it would be good to confirm with the
 owner/maintainers whether this change is still needed and aligned with the
 current privacy export implementation.
