Comment:

 I attempted to apply the patch (31620.2.patch) against trunk (7.0-alpha),
 but it does not apply cleanly:

 - src/wp-includes/theme.php
 - tests/phpunit/tests/media.php

 Because the patch cannot be applied, testing is currently not possible.

 Removing `needs-testing` and adding `needs-refresh`.

 Also adding `reporter-feedback`, as this ticket is quite old and it would
 be helpful to confirm whether the issue is still reproducible in current
 WordPress versions before refreshing the patch.
