 Hi All,
 I have taken a look at this on a clean install of the latest release and I
 cannot replicate this issue. As @Otto42 said I believe this could be
 caused by interference from plugins installed on the site, and as of such
 I don't believe this is an issue within core WordPress. Because of the
 reasons stated, and the fact there hasn't been any movement on this ticket
 in 6 years, I am going to close this ticket. However please feel free to
 reopen this ticket if you believe that this is not the case.
