Comment:

 The letter casing was intentional for the
 [https://github.com/WordPress/twentytwentyfive/issues/538 Afternoon
 style], which [https://github.com/WordPress/twentytwentyfive/pull/635 PR
 635] carried over to typography preset 3 ("Platypi & Ysabeau Office").

 Anyone who does not like the preset can change it or choose a different
 style.
