 === Actual Results
 1. ✅ In the classic Editor an error appears
 2. ❌ In the block Editor, no error appear. It's possible to set a txt
 file as the featured image
 (check Supp Artifacts).

 === Additional Notes
 - Not only not solving what @westonruter reported, but I could set the TXT
 as a featured image in blocks editor

 - For how this patch it is, it was only targeting Classic Editor, but
 Block editor in also relevant nowadays (in fact is tending to deprecate
 Classic one)
