 Hi
 I am not sure what the expectation is in this issue:
 That any HTML should be able to be converted to a block?
 Or that there should be a notification when the HTML can not be converted?

 Because there is not enough information to narrow down the testing of the
 error,
 and because issues with the blocks an the editor need to be reported in
 the Gutenberg GitHub repository, I suggest closing this ticket.
