 MySQL and MariaDB both have the concept of releases supported for a very
 short amount of time (typically 4 months or less) and do not come with a
 promise of backward compatibility.

 These are called Innovation or Rolling GA releases.

 When a site is running one of these releases, servehappy should display a
 notice to the user in the admin explaining the tradeoffs and recommending
 they update to a release explicitly marked as LTS.
