 @cyrusmz Thanks for the report and for the detailed testing steps!

 Unfortunately, it’s still unclear what the actual error is when accessing
 the subsite dashboard. “Won’t open” could mean anything from a white
 screen, 404, permission issue, or browser/network error.

 Since no additional information was provided after the initial feedback
 request, this might have been a local configuration issue.

 @spacedmonkey @johnjamesjacoby Unless further details are shared, I’d
 suggest we consider closing this as "invalid" or "worksforme".
