 Problem I find with this report currently (apart that is not applying
 again), is the fact that is not including a set of examples to check the
 fact that are being stated in the OP

 Yes, it can make sense standalone, and if you compare with `the_excerpt`
 everything could make sense again. But without a set of results you are
 leaving to the imagination, experience or whatever, to the testers the job
 of building a test case.

 Before unit tests, what this needs is a good set of test info.
