 Hi All,
 I have taken a look at this and can confirm what @esoj said, and that this
 issue is not possible to recreate in the latest version of WordPress due
 to being unable to publish an empty post. Also as there hasn't been any
 communication on this ticket in 5+ years I believe it is safe to close
 this issue now as `worksforme`. However if we do need to reopen this
 ticket we can.
