 Thank you for the report back on this. It appears that, based on your
 feedback, this might be a setup-specific solution. That in mind, for now I
 am going to close this with a label of 'invalid' because it doesn't look
 like it is applicable. It's tough to say works for me as it's a very
 particular setup and I can't know if that isn't quite the case so being
 cautious. If this is still an isssue after this time, we can always reopen
 this with more information.

 You did ask specific questions, I want to try and give you some feedback
 on, though as I move to close:

 I am not aware of this, but I suspect you would need to adjust the
 code/plugin to do that. My suggestion is to visit the forums, should you
 still be experiencing this issue, and see if you can get help there with
