- PHP: 8.2.28
- Server: nginx/1.27.5
- Database: mysqli (Server: 8.4.5 / Client: mysqlnd 8.2.28)

=== Reproduction Instructions
1. I have reduced `max_execution_time` in PHP to `1`
2. I'm hard throttling with the connection in Chrome (3G)
3. I'm uploading a 6Mb image. It takes a minute to upload, and still…
4. ❌ No HTTP error found
=== Actual Results
1. ❌ Error condition doesn't occur.
=== Additional Notes
- @kirasong @ramon-fincken given that you reported and provided a patch,
can you check my steps and see what I'm doing wrong to provide some
additional test info to reproduce this consistently?
- After some reviewing, I can see that this patch still needs a lot of
work and this ticket has lost a lot of momentum. But still, first I think
we require a consistent way to reproduce this for both development and
testing.
