Comment:

 Patch is not applying and apart from the new JS structure, code has
 significantly changed so refreshing this patch is not straightforward

 @Funkatronic not sure if you are around so long ago, but in case, I would
 recommend sending a refresh with a GitHub PR as the new style and maybe
 this report can progress further. Adam Silverstein is still around, and
 perhaps with a new working patch we can make it happen (I'm not even sure
 if this is still reproducible)
