 Replying to [comment:2 SirLouen]: Thanks for the testing.

 Perhaps my explanation was insufficient, but the `wp_widget_rss_output()`
 function is not used in the RSS block. The title is escaped by the block
 itself, so it needs to be fixed separately in Gutenberg.

 This core ticket targets the `wp_widget_rss_output()` function and
 features that use it, such as the RSS widget in Classic Widgets.
