Comment:

 A very old ticket, still relevant. I can see things have changed
 significantly code-level, and obviously the patch is not applying.

 Still, I wonder if this behaviour commented in this post is expected and
 desirable.

 If not, at least, the copy is not ideal, and should be adapted to reflect
 the expectations
