 Steps to replicate the issue:
 - Go to Media updload.{{{wp-admin/media-new.php}}}
 - Upload media by selecting the button or Drag & drop media to the select
 media.
 - After the upload is finished, the media item will appear beneath the
 upload section.
 - Click on Edit button on new uploaded media item.
 - The edit button's left border/outline does not appear when you focus on
 it or click on it. Also the top and bottom is showing space for outline
