 As per today's 6.8.2 bug scrub:
 @joemcgill @peterwilsoncc it looks like this ticket is still on stale. It
 would be nice to either close it or to move it towards a resolution. We
 can of course still move it to milestone 6.8.3 but it's probably better to
 take a firm decision.
