Comment:

 Let's see if we can start over for this and make it happen. It appears
 that a couple of users has been contributing to it and was about to be
 accomplished.
 1. First, the current patch is not applying.
 2. Secondly, could we clarify which are the test instructions for the
 current patch? It seems that a major revamp for MS and non-MS has been
 done in this patch (improvements completely out of scope)
